HOW FIRM IS YOUR FOAM?

We work with one of the UK's largest foam suppliers and have sourced the highest quality foam suitable for soft play shapes and sectional parts. Our foam is firm enough for kids to play on and light enough for them to lift and move the sections about.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

We send all of our items out using a courier that delivers all over the UK. All items are dispatched within 7 working days and are typically delivered within 2-3 working days after dispatch.

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE YOUR PRODUCTS?

Our poducts can only be purchased via our website, playsofa.co.uk. Please do not purchase imitation products or from anyone else claiming to be affiliated with us.

We regularly restock out of stock items so please keep checking back. Popular colours sell out fast so why not sign up for our out of stock notifications to ensure that you are notified via email once a porduct comes back into stock so you can complete your purchase.

CAN I CHOOSE THE COLOUR OF MY FOAM?

Unfortunately you cannot choose the colour of the foam inner cushion. The foam can come in blue, white, cream or grey colours. Please note that the colour does not dictate the consistency or any feature of the foam and does not take away from the longevity or strength of the foam. Please ignore any colour spots, blemishes or shading for this reason as it is purely cosmetic and not noticeable once the foam cushion is inside the covers.
